Supplemental App Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These supplemental terms cover The Morning Dump service operated by BlueSteel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating in Colorado. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement continues to apply to the app and all other matters within that agreement's scope, including covered content and services. These service terms do not replace that agreement. If a provision conflicts on any matter within the Standard EULA's scope, the Standard EULA controls, subject to mandatory law and rights that cannot be waived.

The current U.S. app release is free and includes news reading and seven hosted games. Deep Dig is available on the website from a computer instead of inside the app. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for connectivity.

2. Information, entertainment and age suitability

News summaries, opinions, puzzles and scores are for general information and entertainment. They can contain errors or become outdated. Check original sources and current facts before relying on them. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and is not an emergency service.

The app carries a 16+ content rating and is outside the App Store Kids Category. You must meet applicable age requirements and obtain parent or guardian approval where required. Accepting these terms does not replace any required age check or parental-consent process.

3. Optional accounts

Reading and supported guest games do not require a newsletter subscription. Optional account features can sync your game profile and progress. A valid saved sign-in can return you to your existing account; a new device, cleared sign-in or expired session requires a one-time email link to prove access to your mailbox.

Keep your mailbox, device and sign-in links secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access controls. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Privacy and your separate choices

The Privacy Policy explains the data used to provide reading, account and game features, the service providers involved, retention and deletion, and your available controls. Acknowledging that policy means you have been given access to it; it does not create blanket consent for every data use.

Agreeing to these terms does not subscribe you to a newsletter, enable optional analytics or tracking, authorize every hosted game, or approve sharing with an AI provider. Separate choices and disclosures remain in place where applicable. Any required Apple tracking prompt, device permission or parental approval must also be obtained through the appropriate process. You can decline optional features and continue using the features that do not need them.

5. Keep the service safe and fair

Do not use the service for illegal activity, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, sharing another person's private information, intellectual-property infringement, malware or unauthorized access. Do not disrupt the service, abuse automated requests, impersonate others or manipulate scores and leaderboards. Respect other players and the rights of content owners.

6. Puzzles and other material you submit

Submit only material you own or have permission to share. You retain any ownership rights you have in your submissions. If you choose to submit a puzzle for publication, you give BlueSteel LLC the nonexclusive permission needed to review, host, format, edit for clarity or safety, and display that approved puzzle in The Morning Dump's website and app games.

Puzzle submissions are reviewed before publication. Your name and town are published only when you select that option on the submission form. Other puzzle content, permitted photo links and optional profile details may appear as described on that form. Requests to remove your account or associated submissions follow the Privacy Policy and deletion process.

7. Publisher links and outside services

Publisher source links open content controlled by the publisher. Their content, terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them. A link is not a promise that the destination is accurate, available or suitable for every reader, and does not by itself endorse a publisher or its products. Nothing here removes responsibility that the law places on BlueSteel LLC.

8. Availability and warranties

Outages, maintenance, errors and changes in available content can occur. To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided as is and as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy or error-free operation. To that same extent, BlueSteel LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

These disclaimers do not remove a warranty, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. The protections preserved in the next section also apply to these disclaimers.

9. Limits that the law permits

To the extent applicable law permits, BlueSteel LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This is a limited exclusion of those damage categories, not a release of every claim or a promise that BlueSteel LLC has no liability.

Nothing in these supplemental terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Your nonwaivable consumer, privacy and other statutory rights and remedies remain protected.

10. Reports, moderation and deletion

Use the Game safety page to report concerning content or manage blocked players. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts for abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. You can contact us about a moderation decision. Restrictions do not remove your ability to request deletion or exercise legal rights.

Use Delete My Data in the app or on the website to start the account-deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Email confirmation protects that request. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete a newsletter or game account or unsubscribe you from email.

11. Changes and stopping use

If these terms change, we will identify the new version and notify you of material changes, obtaining fresh agreement when required. A terms update does not silently expand optional data permissions or remove legal rights you already have. You can stop using the app and use the separate account-deletion or newsletter-unsubscribe controls when you want to end those features.
